First consultation (2 and 1/2 hours)   

 

Involves taking an extensive case history, thorough physical examination (including anthropometric measurements), a detailed dietary assessment, urine analysis, random blood glucose test, and recommendations for further medical and biochemical testing.

Involves developing a comprehensive treatment plan based on the evaluation of tests performed with prescription of relevant nutritional supplements and remedies.

Telephone and email consultations

 

Are available to existing clients who are unable to attend the clinic for follow up consultations and are charged as regular follow up appointments.

 

 

Policy and procedures:

  • Discounted rates are available to students, seniors, low-income individuals, children, infants and regular clients.
  • Payment of consultation fees is to be made at the time of the appointment. Payments can be made by cash, credit card or eftpos.
  • Platinum Traders - Members Welcome
  • The fees do not include prescribed nutritional supplements and or remedies (eg. herbal medicines, homeopathics or flower essences).
  • For your first visit, please bring relevant blood test results, reports and scans (eg. X-rays, imaging etc) and your current medication and supplementation.
  • 24 hours advance notification for appointment rescheduling or cancellation is required. A late cancellation or no show fee of $25 applies.
